To ensure fairness and efficiency, we have the following cancellation policy: 24-Hour Cancellation Window: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without any charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled service time. Late Arrivals: We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive within 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a fee may apply. No Call/No Show: If you fail to show up for your appointment without notifying us in advance, you will be charged 100% of the service cost. When booking an appointment clients must book their own appointment with a confirmation before booking. Thank you for understanding and respecting our policy.
